Tom Scally, founder of DUBHUB Group, has been awarded the MCIM grade by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), following an upgrade from ACIM to MCIM.

The award of MCIM reflects progression to CIM’s Member grade and places emphasis on management-level marketing capability – strategic decision-making, structured planning, leadership responsibility, and sustained commercial outcomes.

Tom Scally said:

“MCIM matters because it recognises marketing as management: setting direction, making decisions, running delivery, and being accountable for outcomes. It’s a strong marker of progression and standards.”

Scally works with organisations across the UK, UAE and international markets on growth strategy, brand positioning, go-to-market planning and performance-led content programmes. He oversees full project delivery, aligning insight, messaging, creative and execution, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

He continues to hold Chartered Marketer (CMktr) status, reflecting an ongoing commitment to professional standards and continuing professional development.

Notes to editors

  • MCIM is a senior professional grade within CIM membership, recognising experienced marketers and commonly aligned with evidence of management responsibility and impact.
